- All purchases are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.

- No cash refunds. Bank reversals and store credits are allowed on e-commerce returns on invoice price.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Products bought during special promotions, flash sales, or bundle offers follow the same rules: only size exchange, no article exchange.
